Congratulations to David Fanning of Fanning Software Consulting (www.dfanning.com)! Fanning gets the award for contributions that are consistently well-coded and well-documented, widely applicable and easy to use. David submitted five entries, but "fsc_surface.zip" comes out ahead as a simple but useful utility for displaying and rotating surface data in IDL Object Graphics.
